Regular hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, by appointment. A physician is on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
Directions
By car: FDR Drive, exit at 34th Street. Drive west to Park Avenue and turn right to 36th Street. Metered street parking is available on Lexington Avenue, and there are several commercial garages in the area. When parking on the street, read all posted signs carefully.
By train: Metro North to Grand Central (Park Ave and 42nd Street) or
LIRR to Penn Station, then crosstown bus on 34th Street to Park Avenue. Walk uptown one block.
By subway: Take the 4, 5, or 6 train to Grand Central Station (Park Ave and 42nd Street) or the 6 train to 33rd Street and walk one block north.
By bus: Crosstown busses run on 34th Street in both directions. Uptown busses run on Madison Avenue (one block west) and downtown busses on Lexington (one block east.)
